JESS VOGT
Director, Cinematographer, Editor

Jess is a freelance filmmaker and photographer. She graduated with a BFA in Film and Digital Video as well as a minor in Photography from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jess takes initiative to expand her knowledge in the field and to keep up with the fast paced changing media world. The School of Visual Arts and New York University have provided her the opportunity to keep up with the current trends through the continuing education classes she has attended there.

She has a variety of experiences in the film industry under her belt. Creating her own short films, working on projects for small businesses, or freelancing as a Production Assistant on bigger films in the industry occupy her time. Jess has worked on a number of photography gigs for school picture days, weddings, and other social events. Currently she works for The Best Buy Theater and Arcadia New Media Services in Times Square as a camera operator and technician. Jess has also created a number of marquee spots for the Best Buy Theater's marquee.

Her passion for her craft and her dedication to working hard in order to achieve the best visual product is what Jess is all about. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors with her fiance, Jimmy and their Golden Retriever, Toby. Whether it's backpacking the Long Trail in VT, exploring the west coast in Oregon and Northern California, or just relaxing at the Jersey shore, Jess has her camera in hand ready to capture beautiful moments to remember.
